Boodles Strawberry Rhubarb Gin
2 oz. Boodles Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin
¾ oz. A.G. Perino Sweet Vermouth 
¼ oz. Maraska Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
Lemon twist for garnish
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

1½ oz. Stratusphere Original Gin
¾ oz. honey syrup*
¾ oz. lemon juice
Garnish with 3 Watermelon Spheres
Add Stratusphere Original Gin, honey syrup and lemon juice to an ice-filled highball glass, then stir. Garnish with three skewered watermelon spheres.
*For the honey syrup, combine equal parts honey & water, blend until it is a pourable liquid mixture.

50 mL Hendrick's Original Gin
20 mL lemon juice
20 mL sugar syrup
Soda water
3 slices of cucumber and 1 lemon wheel for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir. Garnish with cucumber slices and lemon wheel.

25 mL pink grapefruit juice
25 mL lime juice
25 mL sugar syrup
Soda water
3 thin slices of cucumber for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir. Top with soda water. Garnish with cucumber slices.

2 oz. Broker’s Gin
½ oz. egg white
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
Soda water
Lemon twist for garnish
Add Broker’s Gin, egg white, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice to a shaker. Shake for 30 – 60 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon twist.

50 mL Procera Blue Dot Gin
5 mL Carpano Dry Vermouth
Lemon wheel for garnish
Rinse martini glass with vermouth and discard. Pour frozen Blue Dot directly from freezer. Express the lemon zest into the gin and wipe around the rim before dropping in the glass.

2 oz St. George Valley Gin
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 egg white
2 oz. soda water
Orange wheel for garnish
Build all ingredients except for soda into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for a full minute without ice. Add the ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass, and top with half of the soda. Top it with the remaining soda water and garnish with an orange wheel.

35 mL Warner's Honeybee Gin
15 mL lemon juice
15 mL honey water*
4 fresh raspberries or 10 mL raspberry puree
Ginger ale
Lemon slice and raspberries for garnish
Muddle 4 fresh raspberries. Shake all the ingredients (other than the ginger ale) together with ice and then strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and give it a stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon and add a couple of raspberries.
*For the honey water: mix 1 tsp. honey into a 75 mL of warm water, then leaving to cool. To speed things up, you can pop 1 tsp. of honey into a glass, add 25 mL hot water, mix until dissolved, then add 50 mL ice-cold water. Leave to cool if necessary.
